Booking & Payment
We require payment immediately before our service begins, this is due to everything being custom designed and the time that it takes to be designed. If you are unhappy with this service or our design work, then please discuss with us your issues and we will be more then happy to help you resolve any problems.
We do not offer any refunds for this service.
Once you have chosen your preferred service, please get in touch with us and we will send you over an invoice with the payment information on. Before this has been paid, we will go over with you the timeframe of the job and when we can schedule you in, so you are aware of how long this takes and when the job is expected to be completed by. You will then pay the invoice in full and work will begin.
Once full payment has been taken, you will be provided with a receipt.
